I have yet to recieve a response from seller. I sent 2 emails. Shipping is god awful-- this was supposed to be a 2day ship- I ordered item 12/26/09--- it didn`t arrive till 01/04/10. On opening the box, installing batteries(by the way, the directions suck) the appliance would not work- so its broke.

1. Item is made of cheap plastic.
2. is not ergonomically designed by any means.
3. is about the width of 4" pvc pipe-- who in the world has a hand large enough to even hold this thing?
4. comes apart way too easy. there is no snaps or locking parts.
5. The direction sheet that arrived with this is in such small type print, you need a magnifying glass to read it.
6. The direction sheet dosent explain how to install batteries properly.
7. I cant comment on how it actually works, because it arrived broken.
I will never buy from this seller again, and would advise all to stay away from their products.
